A LinkedIn study showed that women tend to undermine their own successes. Their profiles are shorter, and "even when they had similar jobs and skill levels, women would still include 11% less of their skills than men on their profiles."

Inspired by this year's International Women's Day theme, we #ChooseToChallenge our colleagues to talk about their successes and celebrate their achievements.
