Aon IQ: Meet Krakow Health & Benefits Department

You already had a chance to meet Retirement Solutions, HR Global Operations and Global Spend Management; now I’m happy to invite you to explore my department – Health and Benefits.

Health is one of the fastest-growing solution lines in Aon and represents a top strategic issue for clients across the EMEA region. The EMEA Health Solutions helps clients of all sizes, domestic and multi-national, deliver high-quality employee benefits programs. For example, we act as a broker for benefits including, but not limited to: Health / Medical Insurance, Life, Disability, Accident, Expat Medical.

EMEA Health Solutions core service proposition is focused on helping clients design, finance, insure, communicate and administer benefits.

​​​​​​​Meet H&B in Krakow

In Krakow we have teams that do analysis, administer platform and interact with customers; we also have teams in the UK, the US and in other EMEA countries who sell our solutions and give corporate clients advice on how to get the best from their benefits schemes. To achieve all this, there are 4 main units in our Krakow H&B Department.

  1. Broking: the team which supports other teams in different countries by monitoring the global health insurance market. Colleagues compare insurance offers and prepare reports that help Aon inform our clients where they can find the best health insurance at the best price.
  2. Multilingual Employee Contact Centre: our colleagues speak English, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, French, Polish, German and Portuguese. They solve our clients employees’ queries and help them choose their benefits.
  3. Online Benefits Service Delivery: colleagues are responsible for developing and implementing online benefits solutions for our clients as well as administering clients’ data in cooperation with Aon teams and clients both regionally and globally (EMEA and GBS – Global Benefits Solutions). What’s more, our Online Benefits team consist of specialists in the field of system configuration, project management, consulting, graphics and communication.
  4. Global Benefits: our experts are responsible for market research and analytics, integrated client products and issuing global and local surveys.
