Information below concerns processing of the personal data for the purposes of recruitment to work or cooperate with a company belonging to Aon Group and results from the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter “GDPR”) and from other applicable laws.

  • The Controller is an entity that decides on what for and how your data is processed. This is the companies belonging to Aon Group indicated in the job advertisement which is looking for candidates to work or to cooperate.

The present privacy notice concerns processing of your personal data by the abovementioned entities and takes place in compliance with Polish law. In case of discrepancies between the provisions of this document and more general policies applied by Aon Group or its providers, the provisions of this document shall prevail.

  • Personal data including identification and contact details, information about education, professional qualifications, employment history and other information included in your CV is processed for the purposes of the ongoing and future recruitment to work or cooperation with the controller mentioned above.
  • The legal base for processing your personal data are:
    • the provisions of GDPR and Labour Code providing for steps tending to choose the right candidate during recruitment and to conclude a respective contract with the candidate.
    • consent expressed through clicking the Apply tab  whenever the data you submit is beyond the scope of the provisions of Labour Code.
    • Consent, if your data is processed for the purposes of further recruitment.
    • Our legitimate interest concerning processing the data to defend against the legal claims.
  • You may withdraw the consent at any time but only with the future result.
  • Submitting your personal data is a statutory requirement within the scope set forth in Labour Code. Not submitting personal data might make the recruitment impossible.
  • Recipients of my personal data are employees or associates of the controller and other companies belonging to Aon Group as well as external vendors who provide applications used by the controller in order to carry out the recruitment.
  • Some recipients are based outside European Economic Area. In such a case the data is transferred with a use of appropriate safeguards set forth in GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

  • The retention period applicable to your data depends on the outcome of the recruitment (i.e. if it results with employment / cooperation or not). In any case we will not process your data longer than necessary to pursue the goals set forth in the present document. In any case when your data is processed upon your consent, it will be processed until withdrawal of your consent or expiration of the periods mentioned above.
  • You have right to request access, rectification your data or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning, right to object to processing and right to data portability.
  • You can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority i.e. Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych.
  • The submitted data are not subjected to automated decision-making.
